Join me for a weekly Yoga Nidra session, a restful, guided journey designed to soothe the nervous system, support emotional integration, and offer deep replenishment. This practice will be held in the gentle spirit of The Well—a space that honors cycles, holds grief and joy alike, and believes in the quiet power of rest as resistance and restoration.
You are welcome exactly as you are—no experience needed. Come to lie down, be held, and return to the well within.
After the session, I’ll offer a few minutes of soft energetic guidance—an intuitive transmission to support your integration and attune to the subtle shifts that arise.
