Essential Drawing is a meditative, artful journey into the heart of being. Through nine modules, you’ll explore drawing and painting not as performance or product—but as sacred attention, as a way of being with yourself and the world.
ESSENTIAL DRAWING
Each module weaves together guided meditation, intuitive movement, personal storytelling, and creative exploration. You’ll draw from life and from memory, work with shadow and transformation, and attune to the quiet presence of flowers, landscapes, and your own inner gaze.
Whether you are new to drawing or returning after time away, this course invites you into a deeper kind of seeing—where line, color, and gesture become languages of truth, feeling, and awe.
Practices include:
Self-portrait through energy and sensation
Drawing in nature and from memory as a way to grow and explore your imagination
Shadow and polarity work
Still life as teacher of presence
Somatic meditations and art rituals to awaken the body and care for the creative force as it awakens
Simple, soulful materials: pencil, charcoal, watercolor, scissors, glue
This is a space for slowing down. For reclaiming your own rhythms of expression. For remembering Soul.
Essential Drawing invites you to explore creativity through the lens of meditation and inner awareness. Designed with sensitivity and sustainability in mind, this course supports individuals and creatives in navigating the emotional and energetic depths that can arise in the creative process. You’ll be guided to work gently with your energy, with practices that help you recognize when to engage, when to rest, and how to stay rooted in your own rhythm. This is a space to create not from urgency, but from a grounded, embodied flow that nourishes both your art and your well-being.

Personalized Support
Each participant will receive the possibility for a personalized voice note interaction or email from me during each module. You’re welcome to send me a question, reflection, or share a part of your process—and I’ll respond with a voice note to support your unfolding journey. These voice notes are a bridge for us to connect more personally, bringing nuance, intimacy and care into the container.
