It’s a period in my life where I’m learning, ever more deeply, to enjoy the small things: the nourishment of a warm bowl of porridge in my belly, the sunlight falling just so through the windows, the grace that follows a particularly sweet moment of presence, whether shared with another human or simply with life itself.
Since moving back to Italy a couple of years ago to complete my training in psychic massage, I’ve reflected a lot on money and circularity: the stories and conditionings we carry around them, both personally and collectively. After two decades of living in London, Berlin, and Sweden, finding myself now rooted in a small medieval village of barely a hundred souls has brought its own polarity: the contrast between worlds, and the way this transition has rippled through my nervous system and psyche.
I’ve often asked myself how to hold all of it, how to create offerings that can truly contain the whole spectrum of experience. For many years, I’ve been inspired by the work of Charles Eisenstein on Sacred Economics and “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.” I’ve also had the joy of meeting and training with his wonderful wife, Stella Eisenstein, in her method of Resonant Attention, an approach that invites us to dwell in the rich potential of the unknown.
Since settling here, I’ve been taking small, steady steps to create a system that supports both my personal life and the wider community, including clients who come from afar. This inclusive approach engages both sides of my being: the deep sensitivity of my feminine — the healer, the artist, the psychic — and the clear, strategic focus of my masculine. It’s been deeply satisfying to see this integration come to life, little by little.
I now welcome clients from cities and abroad who come for individual sessions, finding nourishment and inspiration in the natural atmosphere of this authentic land. At the same time, I’ve begun offering donation-based sessions to support the local community, whose economy largely depends on summer tourism.
Through my psychic massage training, I’ve become intimately familiar with polarity work: exploring the inner dynamics that shape my personality: the feminine way of receiving and feeling the world, and the masculine way of acting and caring. This journey has been both transformative and painful, like walking along the scars and edges of the wound of separation that each of us carries. Yet becoming intimate with these inner landscapes has allowed me to begin pouring love into them — and to move through life with a deeper awareness of myself and what I hold.
One insight that feels especially alive for me at this time is how our connection with the feminine — as Shakti, the shared field of sensitivity — is deeply rooted in the wellbeing and relaxation of our nervous system. This is where much of our work lies today.
Below are invitations to some of my upcoming offerings, where I seek to bring this wisdom into practical, everyday practices: gentle ways to support the weaving of the feminine back into our shared culture and society.
With warmth and love,
Nalini
