In a small, thousand-year-old village in the hills of Liguria, an hour south of Cinque Terre, I open my home for a creative woman this Summer.
This is a quiet residency for those who feel the need to step out of the noise of daily life and enter a more intimate rhythm, one that allows space for listening, creating, resting, and returning to what is essential.
The tiny village of Ameglia Alta rests between mountains and sea. Wild beaches can be reached through wild forest trails on foot. Ancient paths unfold through the hills and along the coastline.
This is not a retreat in the traditional sense. There is no fixed schedule to follow, no pressure to do or become anything.
It is a protected space for:
~ contemplation
~ creative expression
~ inner listening
~ gentle restoration
A place to be undisturbed while quietly held.
The space
You will have: a private bedroom with a breathtaking view, access to simple indoor and outdoor shared living and studio spaces for movement, writing, and drawing, the surrounding village, forests and sea as an extension of your process.
Daily life is simple, spacious, and attuned.
Two nourishing vegetarian/vegan meals are provided each day, creating a soft rhythm to return to.

• Pickup from the nearest train station (Sarzana or La Spezia)
• 10 nights accommodation
• 2 daily vegetarian/vegan meals
• 1 massage or bodywork session
• Access to 2–4 meditation gatherings held in the village castle garden during the summer (30 seconds walking distance from home)

Sliding scale: €960 - €1250 for 10 days
The sliding scale is offered to honor different financial realities, while maintaining the integrity of the space.
