individual Session with Nalini
Each session is an encounter, my being witnessing yours, guided by what wants to move. Together we work with the whole being: the energetic, emotional, spiritual, and physical body, trusting that healing unfolds at its own pace when witnessed fully.
Online sessions move through energy work, deep listening, and guided practice. In-person sessions in my studio in Liguria are rooted in bodywork and massage, weaving physical touch with energetic and emotional release.
I work in packages, offering different layers of depth over time. If you feel called, I'm happy to begin with a free 20-minute introductory conversation.

Le sessioni online si muovono attraverso il lavoro energetico, l'ascolto profondo e le pratiche guidate. Le sessioni in presenza nel mio studio in Liguria sono radicate nel lavoro corporeo e nel massaggio, intrecciando il contatto fisico con il rilascio energetico ed emotivo.
