An evening to return to the wisdom of the body and attune ourselves to the natural movement of the seasons. A space to meet our inner tides through the rhythm of the seasons. There are moments in life when what we feel can seem too big, too confusing, or too hard to hold. The seasons remind us that this, too, is part of life's natural movement: opening and closing, expansion and withdrawal, blossoming and returning to the earth.
In these seasonal gatherings we create a space to pause, listen, and recognize what is moving within us, together with other women. A place to be witnesses for one another, to share what we're moving through, and to remember that we are not alone in the high and low tides of our emotions.
For this Autumn Equinox, I'd also like to share something more personal: what I've learned, in my own journey, from working with the rhythm of the seasons, and how it has helped me hold space for parts of myself that once felt wilder, more unpredictable, or harder to move through.
