Flow

Today we will move the body.

I invite you to take a walk in nature and make of your walk a journey of letting the elements move in and around your body. If it rains, even better! You can do a beautiful purifying walk under the rain and let the rain move your emotions, cleanse your subtle bodes and energise your playful spirit. Most importantly trust the timing of life as the journey of this week unfolds the world around you offers you the medicine you need right at this moment.

There is something quite magical that happens as we find our rhythm during our walk, we drop into our body and start listening inside. Initially our mind chatters as usual but I find that after a while the channels open and inspired thoughts, ideas or just simple silence start clearing our head.

Make your walk at least an hour but if you can more. Twilight times of early morning or late evening are my favouites to walk for meditation and inspiration..

As you get home make yourself a tea and journal or just lie down and rest enjoying the flow of energy in the body as it settles.

If you live in the city I invite you to go to a big park or leave the city for a few hours regardless of the weather, don’t let the mind’s excuses stop you from gathering your energy to focus and go. No phone, no headphones, just you and good walking shoes. Notice the body as you move, breathe deeply, feel the elements in your body look at the sky.

After your walk you can listen to one of the recordings from day 1 or 2 and rest in your nest receiving the gifts of your day, integrating and feel your being coming home again and again…
