MIST

Unwind with this wonderfully soothing meditation that was created to be practiced as a sacred pause during your work day. As we learn to include moments of rest in periods of prolongued activity we support the rythm of our life to attune in the ever cyclical rhythms of nature and Mother Gaia. By supporting this attunement our body/mind/spirit system becomes receptive to a natural alignement with the flow of life.

 

SHAMANIC SLEEP

Let yourself be carried in this profound mystical journey with the elements of nature and a long sound bath with my crystal singing bowls. This journey was created to aid a deep and nourishing sleep and to invite our deep unconscious world to surface in our dreams like a leviathan arising from the deep ocean. Pay attention. Set the intention to receive messages from your dreams that can support your waking life.

 

KINTSUGI

The process of healing is in fact a process of becoming whole, of belonging ourselves back into the crevices of darkness and craks left behind by lifetimes of trauma and conditioning. In this meditation inspired by the Japanese practice of shamanic yoga your awareness is lead with the aid of breath and visualization to heal the places in your being with the intentional act of sprinkling the wounds with the gold of consciousness. This practice is an act of magic and of beauty that can be applied to your everyday or to bigger wounds as thay arise to your awareness. Better if it is practiced with dire breath (two strong deep and sharp breaths in and one breath out, short and fast).

 

DANCE ALCHEMY

A healing guided movement practice crafted to shift wounds or stuck patterns in the body and emotional field. Inspired by the techniques of dance alchemy and somatic experiencing. Let your body loose with the drumbeat and be guided to unravel energetic knots in your physical and emotional field. This is practice for healing and wholeness. You can bring current specific topic to work on or see what arises as you move.

Our aura is made by figure 8 energy patterns, it is known that we can use our imagination combined with intention to purpusefully modify our own energy field and aid its wholeness. In this yoga nidra meditation that can be done sitting or lying down you will be guided in a visualization that will help you restore your energy field by bringing awareness to the movements of the energy in your field. By practicing regularely in this way you will start noticing the areas of your body that need most attention.

 

STILLNESS

A guided meditation and yoga nidra that will ground you in the body, it deatures a guided meditation that journeys through the chakras to bring presence and activate the energy body. This simple and short practice can be done to interval your daily activities or at the end or beginning of a movement practice. It works well as a moment of pause between different kinds of activities to aid with flow and add an element of rest to your day.

 

COME HOME

A drum journey home, rattle, shake, dance dream yourself awake in this raphsodic invitation into the body, into the elements. This meditation can be done as a movement meditation, shaking, rattling, dancing at the beat of the drum, flowing wth the waves of the sounds or lying down as a shamanic journey into the depths of your inner world. If you want o create a slightly altered state of consciousness to dive deeper you can utilize the fire breath throughout the journey (two sharp, deep and fast breaths in and one fast breath out, fast and rhythmic).

A soundtrack for your daily life, movement practice, tea ceremony, house clearing, drawing or rest.

 

SAVASANA

A beautifully harmonising sound bath to soothe the senses and cleanse. With clear quarz crystal singing bowl and shell chimes. I have been using this soundscape to cleanse and harmonise spaces at home or in my studio after or during a deep clean as well as for a classic post movement restoration lying prone on the floor. I love the crisp simple quality of this tune, it has a purging quality.

 

HOUR OF THE WOLF

This deep meditation guides you to unveil the messages whispered in the folds of early waking hours during nights when sleep eludes you and you lie wake staring at the ceiling and are met with the hollow bones of aloneness. These hours that can be so frustrating can in fact be approached as sacred moments when the connection with Spirit is open and our being is porous. Much can be harvested in this time of the night.
