Coming Home
Welcome to this journey of deep self care that will initiate you to this life long path of weaving together your inner world with our shared everyday life.
This week-long journey will guide you through the process of planting seed of awareness in different areas of your everyday, we will be focusing on seemingly very mundane tasks, but I believe it is through these small intentional shifts that we can really influence the field that connects and supports our life and daily actions. These small actions as seedlings will sprout and spread around you and eventually bloom manifesting as nurture and warmth around you.
So. It is time to start the journey with a soft beautiful meditation.
If you can, choose a dedicated space for your practices this week, ideally you will keep this spot prepared throughout the week or if you are not able to you will still come back to this space and lay out your items here so that this particular spot can act as an anchor for you and your practice. For this particular meditation please sit straight comfortably on the floor or on a chair. If you wish, you can repeat this meditation every morning.
The more space and silence you create around your practice by dedicating it time, by not rushing, by being present with some slow intentional breaths the more its potence will reverberate within and around you.
